All returns must be made within 14 days of invoice date. A copy of the original invoice or invoice number must accompany all returns. Any merchandise returned without an invoice number will receive metal credit at intrinsic value. The reason for the return must be indicated. All returns that are not due to manufacturers defect or error will be given gold credit only at invoice price or gold market price - whichever is lower. When returning finished pieces, metal credit will be issued for actual weight of metal returned - not weight of the metal originally billed. Sorry, but we can no longer accept finished platinum or palladium returns in order to guarantee the utmost quality of metal.
